Shipping & Returns
Goods returned Procedure
Any goods returned will not be accepted into our warehouse
unless they have been authorised. This authorisation must be
obtained form our Credit Control Department by phone, fax or
email prior to any goods being returned to us.
Additionally, any shortages, damages or returns must be
notified to us within five working days by phone or within
seven working days in writing else credit may be refused.
No Carriage will be credited on goods returned unless agreed
with us at the time of booking your returns in with us. Any
items returned that have not been booked in may be refused
by our goods inward department.
Please ensure you follow the procedure to save unnecessary
carriage costs and time for both parties. |
